JOB TITLE: Junior Medical Writer
REPORTS TO: Medical Director
JOB TYPE: Full-time; Hybrid; minimum of one day a week in office
SALARY: £26,000 – £32,000 depending on experience
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Junior Medical Writer within Bamboo’s Scientific Services Team you will support our account teams across a number of scientific projects and research areas. As part of this role, you will be:
- Supporting the development of medical presentation slides
- Attending scientific meetings and creating meeting reports
- Participating in the publication management for peer-reviewed articles
- Creating creative and scientific content across a variety of medical research areas
- Working with our digital and creative team to provide diverse and engaging online content
- Developing training programmes for both face-to-face and online delivery
- Referencing
THE CANDIDATE:
- A life science degree, ideally combined with a science Masters
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to easily adapt to different research areas and a fast-paced working environment
- Strong communication skills
- A passion for writing
Prior experience in Medical Communications is not required for this role.
